About the Job
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Seabeck, WA. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition.
- Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- HCA/CNA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must pass a background check.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight care. Immediate openings are available.
